Common checks

Most support questions come down to permissions, profile inputs, stale weather, or mismatched units.

Live weather fails

Confirm location permission, network access, and that the device has a usable GPS fix. If a weather meter is connected, check Bluetooth permission and battery state.

Unexpected correction

Verify zero range, sight height, units, bullet BC model, muzzle velocity, twist direction, spin drift, Coriolis setting, and environmental age.

Voice recognition misses

Move away from wind noise, confirm the voice model has downloaded, speak one command at a time, and use the help command for the current grammar.

Chronograph import

For Bluetooth chronographs, pair and grant nearby-device permissions. For Garmin files, confirm the exported file format is supported before import.

App data transfer

Use Backup and Restore rather than copying platform app folders. The exported JSON file is the portable data format.
